Fianlly!

I 've dropped off 60 crocheted hats to children's hospital LA. The knitting club of ERHS and myself crocheted together 60 hats and made the donation to the children's hospital. It's something I've been wanting to do for a long time in my mom's memory. My mom endured the pain of acute leukemia for almost 8 months but now she's in peace next to God.

I spent last a week crocheting and sleeping. In between my sleeps, I am crocheting a dress from Lily Chan's book 'Couture Crochet Workshop'. With some modification in design and different color & style yarn, it is coming along. I really can't wait til it's done.

I always CAST-ON very tightly. The benefit of the tight casting is the fine texture of the end-product. The downside of it is that the muscle pain caused by extra tention on wrists, shoulders, and fingers are long-term. Lately, I've been practicing healthy knitting habits over premium-quality product.
